What a standard clean covers
A recurring clean is about keeping a house level rather than rescuing it. The same rooms, the same standard, on a rhythm you can forget about.
- Kitchen: counters, sink, stovetop, exterior of appliances, floors
- Bathrooms: toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors, floors
- Living areas and bedrooms: dusted, vacuumed, floors washed
- Beds made, or linens changed if you leave them out
- Trash and recycling out
Coastal homes have their own version of this: sand at the door, salt on the windows, damp that needs air rather than bleach. We clean here year round, so none of it is a surprise.

Where we can, you get the same cleaner each visit. They learn your house — which floors take what, where things go back, what you actually care about — and that is most of the difference between a good clean and a generic one.

Do I need to be home?
No. Most of our recurring clients give us a code or a key and are at work when we come. Whatever access arrangement you are comfortable with works for us.
Weekly, biweekly or monthly — which should I pick?
Biweekly suits most households. Weekly makes sense with pets, kids, or a house that gets heavy use. Monthly works if you keep on top of things between visits and want the deeper items handled. You can change the frequency later.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes, we bring our own products and equipment. If you would rather we use something specific — a finish for a particular floor, a product someone in the house reacts to — leave it out and tell us.
