Two counties. Eight towns. One drive time we actually know.
The Washington coast and the Hood Canal are not one market. Ocean Shores turns over on summer weekends; Hoodsport books year-round on the water. We work both, and we schedule them differently.

Different coastlines, different jobs
Grays Harbor — the ocean side
Ocean Shores, Seabrook, Westport and Aberdeen. Heavy summer and holiday-weekend turnover, sand in absolutely everything, salt film on every window facing west. Changeovers cluster on Fridays and Sundays, which is why we plan the weekend before the week starts.
Mason County — the canal side
Shelton, Hoodsport, Union and Lilliwaup. Steadier year-round bookings, more waterfront cabins and long-weekend stays, damp rather than sand as the recurring problem. Properties are further apart, so scheduling matters more than raw speed.

Service area questions
Do you serve my town?
We cover Ocean Shores, Seabrook, Westport, Aberdeen, Shelton, Hoodsport, Union, Lilliwaup, and the surrounding parts of Grays Harbor and Mason County. If you are just outside that list, call and ask rather than assuming — the answer depends on the week and on what else we have booked nearby.
Why don’t you cover the whole of Western Washington?
Because a cleaning crew that promises Seattle and Ocean Shores on the same day is going to be late to one of them. We stay inside the area we can reach reliably between a morning check-out and an afternoon check-in.
Can you cover several properties in one town?
Yes, and it is our preferred way to work. Clustered properties mean less driving, tighter scheduling and more reliable timing for you. If you manage multiple doors in one town, tell us how many.
