This policy explains what Siren's Cleaning Crew LLC, trading as Siren's Cleaning Crew (“we”, “us”), collects when you use sirenscleaningcrew.com or contact us, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

Information we collect

When you request a quote or get in touch, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the property address or city, and anything you write in the message field. We use it to respond to your enquiry, quote the work, schedule it, and provide the services you ask for.

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the site — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. This is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and to fix problems. Your browser settings control cookies; the site works with them blocked.

SMS and text messaging

Siren's Cleaning Crew sends SMS text messages to customers who contact our business line, for quotes, scheduling, appointment and job confirmations, answers to enquiries, and follow-up coordination. We text you because you asked us to get in touch — we do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not add you to any texting list you did not ask for.

Data sharing

• Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

Siren's Cleaning Crew messaging terms and conditions

1. The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at sirenscleaningcrew@gmail.com or (833) 666-3478.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business — for example the providers who host this website, deliver our contact form, handle our email, and measure site traffic, and the team that operates this website and reviews enquiries on our behalf. They may use your information only to perform those services for us. As stated above, this excludes mobile opt-in and consent data, which is never shared with anyone for any purpose.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and customer records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet ordinary business and tax record-keeping requirements, then delete them.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts from us.
• Ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email sirenscleaningcrew@gmail.com and we will respond.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser at any time.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
